Report by the Attorney General on Ordinance No. 27 of 1886.
ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE,
14th December 1886.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
"Ordinance relating to Bills of Lading;"
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
Ordinance 2 of 1856 had introduced the provisions of this Ordinance as an extract from 18 and 19 Vict: Ch: 111. This Ordinance repeals 2 of 1856 and enacts their provisions as a substantive Ordinance.
